Prevention ModelFamilies in need come to us by referrals from individuals, schools, churches, child welfare agencies and other community organizations. We engage the family to assess how we may be able to meet their need.
We provide temporary, preventative and cooperative support. Our mentors meet with families weekly to equip them with financial guidance, emotional support, and spiritual mentorship.
Our mentors teach effective and practical problem solving skills, model and connect families to healthy relationships, and lead them toward independence.
