Continued Connection

Sometimes the most meaningful stories come long after services come to an end.

Earlier this year, Salty Family Services mentored a young mom through a particularly difficult season. Like many of the families we serve, this mom worked hard, showed resilience, and took steady steps forward—eventually reaching a point where additional support was no longer needed.

Months later, we received a message that reminded us why this work matters.

The mother shared that she has officially completed nursing school and was celebrated at her pinning ceremony this November—an incredible milestone that represents years of perseverance and determination. She also shared that her son has started kindergarten, and each week they are learning a new Bible verse together as part of his class.

Families often feel a lasting connection to their mentor—even months after services end.Stories like this reflect the long-term impact of walking alongside families during their hardest moments—planting seeds of stability, hope, and growth that continue to bear fruit well beyond our time together.

We are honored to be part of these journeys and grateful for the opportunity to support families as they move toward brighter futures.
